THE “BIG EYE” BEADING NEEDLE - Do you have trouble threading your beading needles? If you do put away your magnifying glasses, this needle is for you! The advantage of the larger eye in the big eye needle is that it makes threading a needle much easier to accomplish. These needles open up in the middle to form a very long eye. The eyes are approximately 3 1/2" long and 1" long. The overall length of the needles are 4 1/2" and 2".  They are wonderful for stringing size 11° and larger beads, and heshi on thread for crochet, knitting, or strung necklaces and bracelets, but they're not recommended for bead weaving.   The eye of the Big Eye needle allows you to pass several strands of thread through with ease. It also works great with Organza Ribbon. Use with threads and yarns of all sizes.
