FRENCH SEED BEADS - FRENCH WHITE HEARTS - GERMAN SEED BEADS

French OLD TIME colors are reproductions of the colors used in beadwork during the 1800'S and 1900's by the Plains, Plateau, and Woodland American Indians. These beads come loose and are packaged by the ounce. All of the French beads are color fast including the pink which is made with real gold dust, so it won’t fade. The holes in the beads are the same size in sizes 8/0 through 13/0. A size 12 needles and size 00 thread will work with sizes 8/0 through 13/0, eliminating the need for several sizes of needles and thread. French beads are sized differently than the Czech beads. They are approximately one size larger. For example a French 13/0 is about the same size as a Czech 12/0 and so on.

FRENCH WHITE HEART BEADS

French White Heart beads are reproductions of the Venetian beads "Cornaline d’ Alleppo" also known as "Hudson Bay Trade Beads" and "White Heart Beads", which have not been produced in Italy since WWII. These beads were traded in North, Central and South America and most remote parts of the world.
